Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced fan is a boiler induced fan jointly designed to adapt to industrial boilers (1t/h~20t/h) that burn various coal qualities and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. , and those with suitable performance can be used first, but the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃ .

The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part, regulating door and other parts:

Chassis: welded with steel plates to form a whole volute, above N08, "left" and "right" rotations are common.

Impeller: It consists of 12 pieces of 16Mn backward inclined flat blades, which are welded between the arc-conical front disc and the flat rear disc.

Air inlet: The overall structure of the convergent air inlet is fixed on the side of the air inlet of the casing with bolts.

Transmission group: The transmission shaft is made of steel and adopts rolling bearings.

Adjusting door: used to adjust the air volume, axially installed in front of the air inlet, flexible rotation, adjustment range, from fully open to fully closed, above N08 adopts petal type, below N06 adopts butterfly valve type.

Y5-47 centrifugal fan type:

1. The induced draft fan is made of single suction, and there are usually seven types of machine numbers: N04, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, and 12.4.

2. The position of the air outlet is indicated by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Usually "left" and "right" can be made into three angles of 0°, 90°, and 180°.

3. The induced draft fan can be made into two types of left-handed and right- handed . Looking at the fan from the transmission part , those whose impellers rotate clockwise are called right-handed fans, which are represented by "right", otherwise they are called left-handed fans, which are represented by "left".
